Oscar in Lebanon

Movie production started over 6 months ago and the government in Lebanon is still pending negotiations and tribulations. Who will reap the benefits of the Telecom ministry? the Justice? the Interior and so on...

Totally ridiculous

Rather than recruiting the best man or woman to run a ministry effectively, a bunch of politicians hold the country hostage for their own interests such as this Michel Aoun to boost his superego or to the interests of Iran such as Hezbollah or Syria such as Sleiman Frangieh. Those who really care for Lebanon are crushed as they don't have the power, the guts and the brain to move forward their cause. Behind the scenes, it's all about who has the means to force the issue or not to force the issue.

The show will go on.

Lebanon is no more a country. It has become a movie in production and that's exactly what Syria and Iran want to convey to the world. It is only time before the country will collapse under the sunken eyes of Aoun, Geagea, Gemayel, Hariri, Frangieh but the laughing stances of Berri, Nasrallah, Qabalan and their followers.

The world is a spectator.

The remarkable work of dismantling Lebanon has to be awarded to the most foolish politician and by far that's Michel Aoun. What does he have to gain by stalling the country? At least, Hezbollah has an ideology, but Aoun?

If there were Academy Awards for political movies, Lebanon would top the list.

Keep watching.
